Final Thoughts Heading Into Sunday Week 13

As of late Saturday night, Ja'Marr Chase and Joe Mixon are questionable. Chase seems more likely, though who knows if he's headed for 4-6 targets or 12-14. If Cincinnati were in the driver's seat for the AFC North title, we might have seen them play it a little more conservatively. But with road games against the Bucs and Patriots on the horizon and the Ravens looming in Week 18, the K.C. game could mean the difference between making or missing the postseason.

So if you have Chase and he's starting, I'd rather start him for the boom (if I didn't have to bench a top-20 WR). But if you have Mixon and he's starting, it gets a little more complicated, since Samaje Perine could easily get 8+ touches regardless.

Elsewhere, Deebo Samuel remains very questionable. We all know he's not the producer he was last year. If he starts, you're getting a roughly top 32-36 floor and top 16-18 ceiling against the defensively vulnerable Dolphins. But his floor shines a little brighter.

Jameson Williams is poised for his NFL debut. No idea what to expect. I had anticipated this summer that Amon-Ra St. Brown, Williams (when he returned), D.J. Chark, and T.J. Hockenson would elevate Jared Goff. Hock's gone, Williams' recovery time pushed into December, and Chark has been a royal bust. Given the team's current offensive make-up, Williams offers fascinating fantasy value down the stretch. I'm excited to see what he can do.

Good luck today.
