Two things before heading into tonight's contest between the Ravens and Colts. First, my weekly rundown of the most notable fantasy stories from Sunday's games is now on Pro Football Network: www.profootballnetwork.com/fantasy-football-takeaways-2021-nflwk-5/. Highlights (or lowlights, depending on perspective) include A.J. Dillon continually pushing Aaron Jones, despite Jones's great overall numbers; Melvin Gordon has three subpar performances in the past four weeks, while Javonte Williams is inching past him; my wrong belief that Myles Gaskin was no longer reliable; Marquez Callaway's anticipated ascension; Damien Harris's injury and tenuous advantage over Rhamondre Stevenson; the future fantasy greatness of Trey Lance; and Darrel Williams likely playing the 1A role with Clyde Edwards-Helaire sidelined.
I'm also back to hosting podcasts after a three- or four-year hiatus. I'll do three per week during the season (30 minutes or less per episode) with PFN fantasy analyst Tommy Garrett. Today and every Monday is the injury report, Tuesdays cover waiver-wire targets, and Fridays highlight start/sit recommendations. If you'd like to subscribe and listen, I'd enjoy hearing your feedback. If you have a question that you'd like answered on the show, drop me a line. On today's episode I spoke about the importance of community and had all of you in mind. So don't hesitate to speak up and use the podcast as a platform for addressing challenging fantasy questions.

Now for tonight: The Colts are designed to be fairly competitive if their offense were a little better. Their run defense has yielded only one touchdown and a solid 4.2 YPC, though opposing QBs are averaging a league-high 116 QB rating against them. Ryan Tannehill had his only productive game against them, which speaks volumes. Baltimore can beat this team through the air, suggesting Marquise Brown will continue to thrive, Mark Andrews can enjoy another TE1 outing, Sammy Watkins still offers some streamability, and either Devin Duvernay or James Proche is a deep-league dart throw. Lamar Jackson is a set-him-and-forget-him option.
Baltimore's running game is a different story. In about an hour on PFN I'll have an article on why Latavius Murray is a huge sell-high RB. He's the only top-75 fantasy back who doesn't have a catch--or even a target. More than 50% of his fantasy production is due to touchdowns. That's not sustainable. It's only a matter of time before he's relegated to a part-time role at best, and five-or-fewer touches at worst. I'd rather take a flyer on Nyheim Hines (assuming he's recovered from his shoulder injury) than roll with Baltimore's "bellcow."
Meanwhile, Indy is in trouble, and tonight will exacerbate things. Carson Wentz has been barely adequate and shouldn't be much better against the Ravens. Jonathan Taylor is a solid RB2 who simply isn't getting the scoring opportunities. If he falls flat tonight, I'd definitely buy low with favorable matchups in four of the next five weeks. At receiver, it's Michael Pittman or bust, with a smattering of the TD-dependent Zach Pascal.
For final score I'll go 30-10. What say you?
