Week 16 DFS 50/50 Lineup of the Week

The biggest Sunday of the year for many of you, following the biggest Saturday of the year. Time for another DFS 50/50 Lineup of the Week. Wish I knew Derrick Henry's status, since the ultra-cheap Dion Lewis ($4,800) would come in handy as a spot-starter. But as always, I'm writing this Saturday night. No excuses, though. I'll give you the best lineup I can come up with, and if it's good enough, it should withstand whatever late-breaking news hits Sunday morning.

Last week's lineup exceeded 140 points, which would have been a winner pretty much any other week. Ironically, as with some of my misses this season, it would have won you money in DFS tournaments (or so several of you told me). But again, not the point: a loss is a loss. Let's see if I can get back on track:

QB Russell Wilson ($8,300) -- After a blistering first six weeks of the season, Wilson has cleared 20 fantasy points only once in eight games. Still, he's facing an anemic Cardinals D giving up a league-high 413 yards per contest and a league-high 34 psasing touchdowns. Wilson has more big-game potential than just about any other quarterback.

RB Chris Carson ($8,200) -- But just in case, I'm hedging with the usually highly dependable Carson.

RB Joe Mixon ($7,800) -- An incredible turnaround this season, and now an ideal fantasy playoff matchup vs. Miami.

WR Julio Jones ($8,000) -- He destroyed San Francisco last week on 20 targets. Surely he can take care of Jacksonville.

WR Keenan Allen ($6,700) -- I don't understand why the 10th highest scoring fantasy WR is priced so low. He's hit double-digits in seven of eight games despite scoring only twice during this stretch. 20 fantasy points this afternoon are doable.

WR Terry McLaurin ($6,500) -- Dwayne Haskins has been objectively bad. He also can't get much worse at home against the very-sub-par Giants, and McLaurin is clearly one of his top two targets.

TE Tyler Eifert ($4,700) -- Everyone likes a good redemption story. While Eifert hasn't come close to reclaiming his former glory, he's strung together back-to-back streaming performances and faces one of the NFL's worst defenses.

WR Steven Sims Jr. ($5,700) -- Haskins' other top target--and aside from Kelvin Harmon and a sprinkling of TE Jeremy Sprinkle, there are no other reasonable targets on this injury-depleted team. Sims is admittedly riskier than others at this price point. But I strongly believe he and McLaurin will combine for 20+.

DST Chargers ($4,000) -- There are enough playmakers to wreak havoc on the faded Raiders.

Good luck today.
