In a throwback performance, Denver enjoyed one of the best DST fantasy outings in years, collecting 33 points (ESPN scoring). It's beyond unusual for a 2-4 team to crush an opponent on the road. But this was no contest at the outset, with Josh Rosen looking like a college quarterback, and David Johnson stymied on most runs. Some will blame the offensive coordinator, whose play calling leaves plenty of room for scrutiny. I think it goes beyond play calling. As I shared this summer, this is a team in transition, with a lot of young talent at key positions. Johnson was never going to be his 2016 version, and Larry Fitzgerald was never going to come close to matching his incredible 2017 campaign.

Around the league, Dalvin Cook didn't practice yesterday, meaning he's at risk of missing yet another game. What a disastrous season it's been for a guy who early last season looked like a top-5 RB for years to come. Latavius Murray would be in the RB2 conversation if Cook's out.
Veteran Ted Ginn was placed on injured reserve, so his once-promising fantasy season is now nearly over (he could return during the fantasy playoffs). Cameron Meredith and Tre'Quan are the obvious beneficiaries; the less-rostered Smith is my pick to outperform Meredith the rest of the way.
Allen Robinson didn't practice yesterday, which means all eyes will be on his availability heading into the weekend. The Bears' offense has a fantastic opportunity to post 30+ against the Patriots. If Robinson sits, Taylor Gabriel and Trey Burton would get nice bumps, while Anthony Miller would shift from WR5 to WR4 with a little upside.
If the high-flying Mohamed Sanu can't suit up Monday night, Calvin Ridley (if healthy) would become a must-start WR2/3 given his dramatic upside. And Austin Hooper's TE1 grip would get a little stronger.
The NFL-East-leading Redskins are about one more injury away from giving someone like Kendall Wright a tryout. Jamison Crowder and Paul Richardson are currently sidelined, while the surprisingly healthy (and surprisingly ineffective) Jordan Reed is always about one moment away from missing five games. Last week Reed led the team in receptions, while fellow TE Vernon Davis was tops in receiving yards. Even if Washington's missing its top two wideouts, there's no guarantee de facto #3 WR Josh Doctson gets going. He'd join Maurice Harris, Brian Quick, and Michael Floyd as 100% TD-dependent fantasy options. Davis would be the biggest bargain here.
Josh Reynolds becomes the Rams' #3 receiver with word that Cooper Kupp will miss Week 7. Reynolds is a capable young talent and decent deep-league flyer.
