Every season around this time, I want to know the same thing from the FF4W community: Is anyone undefeated? If so, what made it happen? A couple of draft steals? A really well-timed trade? Let's take a moment to celebrate dominance.
In league news, AP is borderline droppable in many leagues after head coach Bruce Arians announced that he doesn't have a timetable for returning. A neck injury sidelined him last week and, with Arizona nearly mathematically eliminated from the postseason (Football Outsiders ran the numbers and give them an 0.2% chance), there's virtually no reason to put AP back on the field--for the same reason I warned readers to dump David Johnson and Carson Palmer weeks ago. Unless you're in a very deep league, take the risk and use that bench spot on a guy who can help you win this week or next. For example, at this point I'd rather replace AP with, say, the Lions or Saints DST, with an eye toward Week 15.
Chris Hogan, Amari Cooper, Robert Woods, and Zach Ertz remain questionable. Hogan is the most intriguing of the group. New England should roll over Miami, and Hogan will have a meaningful role if healthy. Available in 22% of ESPN leagues, Hogan is a must-roster WR and would be a must-start top 25 wideout.
Sterling Shepard is technically questionable, but he's expected to be a full go against a beatable Dallas D. As I've been saying since OBJ and Brandon Marshall went down, Shepard is a must-start wideout when serving as Eli Manning's primary target. He has top 10 potential this week despite most experts ranking him outside the top 20.
