I’m out this week with my family visiting family, but will continue to
post every day. The catch: I’m answering
300+ questions every week and probably won’t have time to respond to everyone’s
this week. So if you have a strong
opinion, or a well-thought-out opinion, or a combination of the two, weigh in
early and often. This is not an
authoritative blog. Everyone has a
voice, whether I’m offline or not.
My latest WRAL column includes some Week 11 sleepers, including Eli
Rogers and Sterling Shepard (both were also among my big sleepers heading into
Week 10): http://www.wralsportsfan.com/over-and-undervalued-fantasy-wrs-for-week-11/16248506/. And with Jeremy Maclin sitting, Tyreek Hill
is a fantastic WR3+ start (as nearly everyone except ESPN’s weekly rankers seem
to know).
And if you’re desperate, I’d absolutely take flyers on backup Derrick
Henry and Paul Perkins (nine touches each last week). Desperate lineup moves should be met with
volume guys: Who has the best chance at earning double-digit touches? That’s where the percentages (for TDs, for a
40-yard gain) go up.
I also have no problem throwing caution to the wind on Colin
Kaepernick, who will have to throw 40+ times to try to keep San Francisco
competitive against the Patriots.
Speaking of New England, starting Martellus Bennett should be
obvious. Starting Julian Edelman and
even Danny Amendola might not be. Brady
should be in line for four scores, so the likelihood each of these guys gets
one is high.
