Link to the First "Fantasy Football Winners and Whiners" Podcast, Top 300 Rankings, and Comprehensive Player Values

We recorded the first Fantasy Football Winners and Whiners podcast yesterday; it's available here, as well as on iTunes and Google Play:

Aaron and I had fun doing it, so hopefully it’ll be entertaining enough to listen to.  We’ll continue to do these 30-minutes broadcasts every week from 99.9 The Fan ESPN Radio studios.  A couple of you were mentioned on the air.  If anyone has questions for our mailbag segment, message me anytime--and clarify that you'd like it answered on the show (otherwise, I'll simply message you back with my two cents).

Speaking of two cents, this is a last call for anyone who wants top 300 preseason fantasy rankings. I'm now tracking both standard- and PPR-based rankings.  Earlier this morning, hundreds of subscribers received them. In one week, we'll close it up and shift exclusively to . . .

Comprehensive Player Values. Sign up using the green box instead of the blue one at www.fantasyfootballforwinners.com.  Pay two cents or whatever it's worth to you.  I track about 350 players' trade values (from 1 to 7, where 7 is the best) all week, every week from June thru December.  Each player has three values.  For example:

• Arian Foster's re-draft trade value is a 4.
• His dynasty trade value is a 3.
• His fantasy playoff value is a 2, because he'll be up against the Cardinals, Jets and Bills in weeks 14-16, and because I'm not confident he'll be healthy by then.

See how it works?  Pretty simple.  And helps people evaluate trade offers quickly and (I think / hope) fairly accurately.

My one and only fantasy draft is tonight.  The league is being run by Michael Beller, Sports Illustrated's lead fantasy guy.  I used to freelance for them, so this season is personal.  As I make final preparations, curious to hear who, in hindsight, did you draft too soon?  Or who was your biggest steal?
