Week 11 Predictions, Part 2

There are at least 25 handcuff RBs I'd rather start today than starters Joique Bell, Alfred Blue, or Shaun Draughn. I've been hyping handcuffs all season, from Charcandrick West to Jeremy Langford, to the not-yet-useful Javorius Allen, Jamize Olawale, and David Johnson. If you strike oil, the entire complexion of your roster can change. If you don't, well, that's the risk.
But locking in 3-6 points from a guy like Alfred Blue? No thanks. I'd rather have a 10% chance at landing a future top 15 RB than a 70% chance at RB4 production.

So if you're debating which unstartable RB to start, take a five-minute break and rethink your strategy. There's Tevin Coleman, Tre Mason, Jerick McKinnon, Jay Ajayi (a very trendy pickup, for good reason), the aforementioned Allen and Olawale and Johnson, Thomas Rawls, . . . even Akeem Hunt, who Houston just promoted from their practice squad. I've added several of these guys in my leagues, hoping to catch a break and bolster my lineup for the stretch run.

Other Week 12 thoughts:

- I like Ryan Tannehill today. Three TDs is more likely than not. It's a favorable matchup, and the personnel talent is there (Miller, Ajayi, Landry, Matthews, Cameron, etc.). Tannehill will be a top 10 QB this week.

- With Alshon Jeffery expected to sit, Marquess Wilson and Martellus Bennett (and obviously Jeremy Langford) shoot up in value. Wilson has largely underperformed when serving as Chicago's #2 receiver, but the talent is there for a solid performance--even against a very tough D.

- Darren Sproles gets a boost with Ryan Mathews sidelined. A few days ago Sproles publicly called for more touches. I think Philly will deliver, making Sproles a surprising RB3+ in PPR leagues and on the verge of being startable in standard leagues.

- Who's the 13th highest scoring fantasy TE? Can you believe it's the largely forgotten Jason Witten? The veteran has quietly maintained low-end TE1 numbers despite playing with NCAA-level QBs. It should surprise no one that in Tony Romo's only full game of the season, Witten collected 60 yards and two TDs. With Romo back today, Witten should be a top 8 TE the rest of the season.

- Emmanuel Sanders had a setback this morning. Demaryius Thomas gets a clear bump, while Owen Daniels or Vernon Davis (more likely Daniels) is a solid bet for TE1 numbers.
