In last season's NFC Championship game, the Packers were up 19-7 with five minutes left and the ball. Had the Seahawks prevailed in the Super Bowl, their improbable comeback over Green Bay would have been a win for the ages. Regardless, for the Packers--the NFL's highest scoring team during the regular season--it was a crushing loss for the ages.
The 2015 Packers will be even better; they're my pick to win the Super Bowl. In the fantasy world, their Big Four (Aaron Rodgers, Eddie Lacy, Jordy Nelson, and Randall Cobb) are--barring injury--fairly easy calls for elite or near-elite production.
One observation: Some owners gave up on Lacy last year after an abysmal start (averaged 38 yards per game with zero TDs in his first three games). The rest of the way he averaged 4.9 YPC and scored 13 times. The moral of this story: don't quit on Lacy. He has (don't laugh) 20-TD potential.
Anyone else? Yes. In the 14 games when he was targeted in 2014, Davante Adams netted 7+ fantasy points six times. I think he'll bump that number to at least eight games this year, making him, at worst, an every-other-week WR2/3. For a team that I believe will once again score the league's most points, Adams (#49 WR ADP) is primed to outperform expectations to the tune of 700+ yards and 7+ TDs. For you dynasty leaguers, his value is even higher.
