Every week, injuries = opportunities. Every time a guy gets sidelined, another guy (or sometimes more than one) has the potential to produce surprisingly big numbers.
(1) ESPN Texans reporter Tania Ganguli reported this morning that RB Arian Foster is unlikely to suit up on Sunday. That means RB Alfred Blue should be primed for a very good day in a home tilt vs. the NFL's 5th worst rush defense. Blue was one of three RBs I urged readers to pick up two months ago:

A few weeks later, I talked to The Sports Fix host Jerry Mires--on air--into picking up Blue. We saw what Houston's backup RB could do last week. Expect more of the same this week, with 13+ points (low-end RB1 production) expected if Foster sits.
(2) When WR Brian Quick was knocked out for the season a few weeks ago, Kenny Britt should have been picked up in most leagues; he's had 7 games with at least 128 receiving yards in an injury-plagued career. He's your typical boom-bust receiver who happens to be the Rams' #1 receiving weapon. And with a new QB (Shaun Hill) who he's shown great chemistry with so far, the sky's the limit this week, despite being ranked only 42nd by ESPN. Predicting at least 11 points this week.
(3) RB Jonas Gray overslept Friday morning and showed up late for practice. He was promptly sent home. If it went down anything close to how I saw it on "Seinfeld" 20 years ago, a "second knob" was the culprit:

I don't see Gray or RB LeGarrette Blount playing much of a role this weekend. That leaves RB Shane Vereen--ESPN's 23rd ranked RB--to be an elite backfield option this week, netting 14+ points. Whether on the ground or in the air, Vereen--as I wrote in SI.com several weeks ago--has RB1 upside every game. Sunday's performance will remind people just how valuable he is.
