Final Pre-Game Week 12 Thoughts

Some last-minute warnings as we head into Sunday's games:

(1) Charles Sims might give way to the long-forgotten Doug Martin today.  Martin has been practicing with the first team and appears healthy.  No Tampa Bay RB has played to their potential this season.  If you're thinking of starting Sims, there are probably 5-10 better RB options sitting on waivers.

(2) Is Kyle Rudolph the right TE to play this week?  ESPN seems to think so, ranking him 13th among all TEs.  Yahoo! Sports ranks him 15th.  I generally avoid TD-dependent tight ends who might get only 2-4 targets per game.  I'd rather take a chance on the much higher upside Brent Celek or Niles Paul.

(3) Reggie Bush's absence today should not encourage people to start Joique Bell.  His poor YPC (3.6) and potentially tough road matchup makes him a risky flex play.  Bell has not progressed the way many (including me) anticipated heading into this season.  He should be avoided in all but deepest leagues.
