Looking for a streaming QB this week, particularly if you're in a 2-QB league? On Twitter people are telling me they're deciding between guys like Alex Smith and Ryan Tannehill. Surely there are better options.
Here are a couple that no one's talking about, so I feel compelled to:
These journeymen starters have a lot in common. Both average about 1.6 TDs per game for their career. Both are playing at home. Both are facing competitors with terrible passing defenses. And both have a lot to prove, as there's no guarantee either one will be starting a few weeks from now.
I'm predicting 225+ yards and 2+ TDs for each of these virtually forgotten QBs. That would translate to about 16-20 fantasy points in standard scoring leagues, which is better than Aaron Rodgers did last night, and will be better than about half of the QBs starting in Week 1.
