There's no better time to trade someone than when they've peaked. Dalton peaked in Week 8. Those who listened converted a mediocre QB into a much-needed #2 RB or WR, and in some cases a #1 TE. Those who didn't . . . well, good luck trying to get value out of Dalton now.
