This is the fantasy football story about an underrated near-elite RB.
This preseason, I shocked the fantasy community by claiming that Chris Johnson would be a top 7 fantasy RB in 2013:

Most "experts" placed CJ2K outside the top 10:.ESPN placed him at #15, Yahoo! at #16, etc. They believed what most people believed: CJ2K was overrated.
Here's why I placed him at #7:
Add in solid production in the passing game, and there's little wonder why Johnson finishes inside--or just outside--the top 10 RB fantasy scorers every year. And to me, there was little debate that his numbers would improve in 2013.
Johnson currently has 860 all-purpose yards and 6 TDs. He's on pace for nearly 1,400 yards and 9-10 TDs. That's why people who saw value when most didn't are reaping the rewards.\
Being a winner means analyzing the data, the facts behind the data, and the facts beyond the data.

Here's why I placed him at #7:
- Not missing a game in five seasons, plus 1,000+ rushing yards every season, equals dependability
- Improved offensive line
