Week 7 Thoughts:
WR Harry Douglas has gone from speculative add to "everyone grab him." I'm staying in the first camp. He's still a speculative play going forward--not the WR1 that many fantasy owners are hoping for. The eventual return of WR Roddy White and imminent return of RB Steven Jackson, combined with the fact that TE Tony Gonzalez had his worst game of the year in Week 7 after dominating the previous two games, means Douglas will be no better than a low-end WR2 / high-end WR3 going forward.
The last time TE Zach Miller had 60+ receiving yards was in 2010. His week 7 showing was a fluke. He's the #6 offensive option in Seattle. Don't pick him up.
TE Brandon Pettigrew scored last week. But his meager fantasy point total (6 points in standard scoring leagues) is par for the course these days. He's the #6 or #7 offensive option in Detroit, depending on injuries.
