Top 10 Unconventional Fantasy Predictions:
#8 . . .
Antonio Brown will finish this season in the top 10 among wide receiver fantasy scoring. Brown is good. Damn good.
Last year he tied for 33rd among wide receiver targets. He played only 13 games and was battling a high-ankle sprain for much of the season. There’s no Mike Wallace to compete with this year. And there’s no Heath Miller for at least the first month of the season.
Brown racked up over 1,100 yards in 2011, and in 2012 was on pace for nearly 1,000 yards and 6 TDs. Expect 1,200-1,300 yards and 8-10 TDs, which is not that much of a stretch over what the 25-year-old has shown thus far in the NFL. This would put him in elite company, which is where he belongs.
