Long vs. Short Weeks

Question: Are offenses and defenses better when they have more rest days between games?

Answer: Generally no.

Explanation: There is no apparent advantage to playing on long rest versus short rest. There are slight advantages in certain categories based on long-rest criteria, and there are also slight advantages in certain categories based on short-rest criteria.

Why This Matters: There's no good reason to predict Player ABC will do better than Player XYZ based on how much time off they've had. And given how frequently people have assumed the opposite, that's useful information.
